Dungeon Chain ($DGN) tokenomics are designed to support a sustainable and vibrant ecosystem. Inflation will be kept low, facilitated by the decreased cost demand from utilizing the Cosmos Hub validator set. This approach ensures that the supply of $DGN tokens remains stable and aligned with the growing demand from users, developers, and stakeholders within the gaming community.

• Inflation Rate: 10% annual at launch, designed to reward stakers and pay validators with guaranteed funds until transaction volume becomes more substantial.
As Dungeon Games generates revenue from in-app purchases, marketplace fees, and other revenue streams, the goal is to progressively reduce the inflation rate with the long-term target of reaching zero inflation. This transition ensures validators and stakers remain funded through organic ecosystem revenue rather than token inflation. The inflation rate can also be adjusted by governance at any time. The initial 10% was chosen as a conservative starting point to ensure network security during the early growth phase.
